okay, number two: go to the wilderness. be like buddha, have your own revelations. i'm not saying that we all have to now go off and build our own cabins in the woods and never talk to each other again, but i am saying that we could all stand to unplug and get inside our own heads a little more often.

number three: take a good look at what's inside your own suitcase and why you put it there. so extroverts, maybe your suitcases are also full of books. or maybe they're full of champagne glasses or skydiving equipment. whatever it is, i hope you take these things out every chance you get and grace us with your energy and your joy. but introverts, you being you, you probably have the impulse to guard very carefully what's inside your own suitcase. and that's okay. but occasionally, just occasionally, i hope you will open up your suitcases for other people to see, because the world needs you and it needs the things you carry.

so i wish you the best of all possible journeys and the courage to speak softly.

The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.

It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.

Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.

Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?

However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.

Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

英语是一门语言的研究过程，要体现听说读写的过程。《新课标》要求把时间让给学生，要求采取“以学生为主，教师为辅”的教学手段。我们很多时候是做不到的。农村的教学设施简陋，学生素质较低，这让我们的英语教学遇到很大的困难，如何提高英语教学成绩我们的一些做法是：

1、听和读：

从初一开始，我就请求学生买磁带或是从研究机上下载相应的听力材料。每天至少听15分钟，边听边跟读，这样大部分的单词基本上都市读了。在初一第一学期，我就教了音标，一些学生能运用音标来读单词，不会读的跟磁带学，还有再不会的，我会让科代表在早自或是下午自的时候教读。这样就能节约工夫，使课堂有更多的工夫进行情境交际了。重要的句子对话请求学生能背。还有就是值日生敷陈。内容包括：天气，学生出勤，上一节课或近期所学的重要句子。我是从七年级放学期开始进行，安排学生按位置进行，值日生把星期几和当天的天气情况写在黑板的角落里，并在上课时做值日生敷陈，这样能使每位学生都有机会发言，并且能迫使较差的学生去讯问、去准备。有的成绩差的学生还把发言写在本子上，这种做法目的既磨炼了学生的胆量和培养学生启齿说英语的能力。同时也磨炼了学生的写作能力。到九年级卒业，学生已经能够表达很多的内容，口语能力也得到一定的提高。

2、记和写：由于在第一期我就教了音标，学生可以根据音标来记单词，这样记忆相对就轻松了些，还有就是多听写。每一个单元我会听写一次，讲完一个模块我再听写或是默写一遍。短语和句子就是这样进行。对于不能完成任务的学生，课后再到组长那儿完成。期末复的时候再把一本书的知识从新过一遍，所有的单词短语句子再重新听写或默写一遍，加强学生的记忆。至于写作，我是从第一期就开始的，学生每周写一篇作文，每个学生亲自拿到我面前修改，错误的地方及时讲解这样学生印象比较深刻。即使有时忙，没有一个个修改，学生写了也是有进步的。这样慢慢的学生就不再惧怕写作了。

学生的坐位，我是采取优差配，这样成绩差的学生能及时的问问题，每个学生有竞争对手，测试没考过对手的.要多做作业。这样学生没考上对手后就会下功夫，老考不过会觉得面子上过不去。这样就能在班上形成一种良好的竞争研究意识。

临近中考，大家都将进入总复，我的做法是既要面向全体，又要突出优生，二者相辅相成。在坚持面向全体学生的同时，更要注重对优生的培养。2、素质教育的主阵地在课堂，优生培养的主阵地也在课堂。为了避免复课的枯燥无味，课堂我辅以一些小游戏、小竞赛等来活跃课堂气氛，激发研究兴趣，调动全体学生的研究积极性。比如在知识梳理的复课上先引导学生归纳要点，展开讨论；对同学们提出的疑难问题，首先让学生给以解答，培养尖子生；具有代表性的难点，教师给以详细指导。这样既调动了优生的积极性又促进了基础较差的学生，课堂上也就会出现复课难有的活跃气氛。结合中考英语复的需要，我们具体进行五轮复。

第一轮：知识网络。针对学生对已学基础知识已遗忘的共性，本着“依钢靠本”和“温故知新”的原则，要求学生一步一个脚印，使学生从零散知识自然过渡到知识的系统归纳上，使基础知识更加条理化，对语单词短语句子再重新听写或默写一次。每复一册进行一次阶段检测。

第二轮：专项练。专练训练分为两类：语法专项与题型专项。按照语法进行分类复时，立足于知识与能力的横向联系，注重学生应用迁移能力和实战应考能力的提升。

第三轮：《中考指南》。对《中考指南》每一部分练都进行精讲精练，其中听力、完形填空与阅读理解穿插进行。本轮尤其突出阅读训练，我们精心准备了10套阅读训练练，每套练包括2篇完形填空和4阅读理解，用于课内限时训练或课后自测，提高学生的阅读能力，以更好地适应中考。

第四轮：集中进行模拟磨炼。针对磨炼中呈现的失分点，再进行反复深入的讲解。

第五轮：回归与提高。在考前10天里，我们会一步指导学生自主巩固知识，查漏补缺，突出学生主体，突出考试重点。同时突出和强化书面表达训练，并命题10篇作文，一天一篇进行当堂训练，学生互改与教师抽改相结合，并做好讲评与指导，提高学生的写作能力。

我们还将对学生进行答题规范性磨炼，培养答题技巧，提高临场应战能力，并针对具体本性不同的学生，给予不同的心理辅导，破除他们的紧张心理。

It was a rainy day when demeng was sent to the execution ground, all persons watching around laughed at him, but demeng himself was not worried at all. The rope was hanging on his neck, and just at the critical moment, one person ran quickly through the rain shouting loudly,"please wait, I'm coming!" it was pi sia who turned back in time.

This was the most moving curtain in the world. demeng took no care of himself in order to help his friend realize the duty, whose kind of spirit was moved one to tears. While pi sia did not hesitate to take life as the price for performing the promise, whose kind of courage was also rare to meet. My dear friends, do you know why demeng was so calm before death? the reason was that he believed his friend pi sia would not do such despicable thing as deceiving friends. As you can see on TV, when a sandstorm comes, the wind blows strongly with dust and sand. Sometimes trees are even broken down in half, and little birds cannot find their homes. Sometimes clouds of dust blur the vision, and little kids cannot find their ways. It's like the end of the world.

When a sandstorm occurs, our classroom is filled with dust and sand. My poor teachers! They've breathed in enough chalk-powder. Now, they have to take in much dust. My poor fellow classmates! They told me they were almost dying.

We love beautiful spring. We cherish bright sunshine. But sandstorms destroy all the lovely things. Yet we know it is Mother Nature's revenge on what we have done to her. In order to see blue sky and sunny spring again, we should plant more trees and more grass to protect the environment. And it is not too late if we start right now.

He kept the tooth for the next 65 years， but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life。 It was always on his conscience， and the feeling intensified as he became older。 Finally he decided to put right his childish error。 In 20xx， he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies。 He received a warm welcome。

When James visited Qingdao， I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit。 I was deeply touched by his honesty。 It has taught me a lot。 I think to err is human。 The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one's error。

Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour。 So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do。 I would like to say to all of my friends： Let's be honest people of good moral character。

一、转变课堂教学模式

有人认为历史是一门老师好教、学生好学的学科。对于学生来说，不需要有什么基础，只要认真学习就不会有太大的问题。但是在现实教学中我所面临的问题是：有的学生不爱学，学的不认真、不积极，惰性极强。面对这种情况，我在上课时灵活运用“五步短动式教学法”，将课堂分解为“看一看”、“说一说”、“听一听”、“议一议”、“练一练”五个环节，穿插于整节课,使师生之间一直处于互动状态，尽量提高学生注意力。敢于放手，注意培养学生的各方面能力，把大部分的讲授时间交还给学生使用,发挥学生的主体作用。在课堂上不

为了能够给所有学生提供平等的学习机会，我们特别注重创造条件和机会，让那些遇到学习困难的学生有更多参与课堂学习的机会。我们致力于帮助他们重新获得自信，并尝试成功后所带来的喜悦，从而再次点燃他们对学习的兴趣。

二、小组评价机制渗透到课堂内外

课堂上组织学生以学习小组为单位参与学习，回答问题即可得到相应的分数，然后把分数统计作为评选“优秀小组”的依据。尤其对一些学困生，我往往采用学困生答对问题加双倍分，帮助他们树立自信心，不放弃学习。利用小组评价机制也打破了课堂沉闷、死板的状态，激发了学生主动学习的热情。我还把小组评价机制沿用到课后的作业和知识点背诵的检查中。在作业中，书写工整、规范并且及时改错的就给予加分;而对于那些不认真完成作业、不及时改错的就减分，并鼓励他们在课堂上通过积极参与课堂将因为自己所丢的分数赚回来。在知识点背诵的检查中，凡是按照老师要求全组同学都背诵完的就给予加分，班上第一个背诵完的小组给予双倍加分。大大提升了学生学习的积极性。通过一个学期的实践，证明小组评价机制的运用是行之有效的。

三、重视学生兴趣的培养

“爱好是最好的导师”，没有兴趣，学习就会成为负担。有了兴趣，学习就成为一种需求，就学得轻松愉快，动力无穷。历史课是一门非常有趣的科目，一节优秀的历史课应该设法将生动、鲜活的历史呈现在学生面前，不能只是枯燥地灌输和强迫学生死记那些历史知识。在我进行历史教学时，经常运用多媒体教学手段，播放一些纪录片、电影资料或相关的歌曲，创造历史情境，让学生置身其中，激发他们对历史的学习兴趣。例如，在讲授《郑和下西洋》时，我播放了一段纪录片资料，不需要深入解释，学生就能理解这个部分的主要内容。在讲授《蒙古的建立及元朝的统一》中的“行省制”时，通过课件演示将抽象的内容具体化，调动学生的各种感观，加强对知识的掌握。学生对历史产生了兴趣，课堂上所讲的知识会更加深刻，提高了学习效果。

四、构建历史知识体系

构建历史知识体系有助于厘清历史知识的线索，使其更具系统性和条理性，从而提升学生的学习成绩。因此，在我讲授新课时，我非常注重与旧知识点的关联，并重视引导学生构建自己的“历史知识体系”，力求让他们形成每一课、每一个单元以及整本书的独特的知识体系。这样，在复习时，学生的思路将更加清晰明了，能够节省大量时间，显著提高学习效率。

在过去的教育教学工作中，我发现自己存在诸多不足之处。然而，在未来的教学中，我将坚持不断努力和探索，积累宝贵经验，以进一步提升我的教学水平，帮助学生成绩更上一层楼。感谢大家！

一 师生关系

良好的师生关系是保证完成教学任务的重要条件，要做一名学生喜欢的英语老师。学生亲其师，方能信其道，乐其道，才能积极的接受教师传授的知识，提高学习兴趣。每个老师都是为了学生好，可是有时学生真的是不领情，那么为什么学生就不明白我们的良苦用心呢?所以建立良好的师生关系显得尤为重要，要想方设法让学生对老师佩服，信服，并且乐于和你交流，愿意听你的话。这就要求我们在各个方面都要加以注意，比如：知识丰富全面，教学敬业，关爱关注学生，风趣幽默，了解孩子的心理，懂得他们的爱好兴趣，尊重信任学生。

二 热情

教师要有饱满的热情，满怀激情地走进教室，要感染学生，激发学生的情感，使课堂气氛活跃，目标一致，焕发英语课堂活力，以达到事半功倍的效果。

想象学生从早到晚，坐在教室里，一节课接着一节课，很容易产生视觉疲劳，听觉疲劳。如果老师总是板着面孔，传授知识，那很难激发学生的学习兴趣。因此，在教学中教师要注意情感的释放，教师走进课堂就应该象演员走进摄影棚，立刻进入角色，动作神态逼真传神，富于激情，用自己的教学热情去激发起学生的相应情感体验，以富有表现力的面部表情，恰当自然的形态动作给学生深刻的感染，加速激活认知能力。

三 课堂气氛

我认为好的课堂教学应该是严格与宽松相结合的。如果一节课一严到底学生会感到很压抑，久而久之便会对你的课堂失去兴趣，从而对这一科失去学习的信心，甚至还会产生抵触的心理，那就根本谈不上学习效果。可以通过小幽默，小笑话，小比赛，小表演来活跃课堂气氛，让学生更加自然、轻松、愉快的学习知识。

四 精讲多练

初中生的注意力集中时间只能持续十五到二十分钟。如果英语老师是“一张嘴，一支笔，从上课讲到下课。”的教学模式，就会出现“老师讲得天花乱坠，学生听得昏昏欲睡”的现象。新课程理念要求我们重视学生在课堂上的主体地位，少讲多练。一节英语课千万不可贪多，讲许多知识点。一节新课可适当降低难度，知识点可精讲精炼。整节课就几个重点反复操练，多读，多用，以达到学生课下能正确运用的目标。比如我会经常实行“一分钟背书”，四五句话看谁一分钟能够背完。“一口气英语”，一个长的句子或两个句子，一口气说下来，中间不准换气，看谁说的最快，最溜。在不知不觉中，很多的重点句型当堂就掌握背熟了。现在我上课只要一说“一口气英语”，学生就会马上兴奋的进入战斗状态。

五 兴趣

对于学生的学习兴趣，我们要特别注意培养和保护，注意教学的生动性和趣味性，使课堂教学生充满激情和乐趣。而学校白板设施的安装给我们提供了绝好的平台，使我们的课堂得到了无限的扩展，产生了无限的可能，使得以前比较贫乏的教学手段丰满立体起来。比如英语歌曲，西方民俗，社会现象，热点新闻，小游戏，有趣的小视频等等，都可以充实到我们的课堂中来。比如，对于某些没有学习自信的学生，我曾经播放过一个网络传播很广的小视频，《死亡爬行》，让他们相信自己，勇于拼搏，同时也学学英语中，鼓励的话都怎么说。母亲节时，我给她们播放了一个英语高手模仿各国母亲说英语，同时号召他们回家实行3H计划，三个H代表一个拥抱(hug)，一句谢谢(thank you)，帮妈妈做一件事(help)。本学期开学之初，我给学生们介绍了暑假里流行的冰桶挑战，看比尔盖茨，奥尼尔，范·迪塞尔是如何挑战冰桶的。学习动物名称时，我给他们播放去年的网络英语神曲，狐狸叫，让他们听英语中动物是怎么叫的。时间一久，这些兴趣就会转化为强大内部学习动机。

六 暗示

当向上的.信念指引某人 的行动时，他所向往的所有高度都有可能抵达。那我们有没有给自己的学生足够的暗示呢？

英语新教材的特点，决定了学生在学习过程中只有大胆的进行语言实践，才能真正掌握知识。而我们的学生普遍感到英语学习吃力，慢慢地产生了厌倦畏惧的心理，从而丧失了学习英语的信心。为了摆脱这种状况，我在教学随时利用一切机会，因势利导，以表扬为主，鼓励为辅，暗示他们每一个人都可以把英语学好。比如讲句子结构时，我就会说，英国人特笨，中国人特聪明，为什么？你看，他们把句子最重要的主语“人”放最前边，谓语动词做了什么挨着主语放，其它不重要的时间啊地点啊方式啊原因啊全扔在后边，所以他们说话是这样的，什么人做了什么事怎么样的什么地点什么时间。中国人多聪明啊，重要的放后边，时间啊地点什么的搁前边。我们是这样说的，什么时间什么地点某人做了什么，外国人一辈子都搞不懂。还有，中国人经常会说：“是的，我没有。”但英国人一听就懵了，是的怎么还没呢？他们只能理解“是的，我有”。学生一听，还真是的，这么难的中文我都会了，英语比起汉语真是太简单了。

七 课后

课后任务，如作业，背书，听写，要及时跟进，这三个任务互相补充，相辅相成。任务完成好的要适当有所奖励，比如背书或者听写过关的学生，我会给他们盖各种各种各样的小印章，而集够一定数量后可找我兑换一张免作业卡，上边还有我自制的防伪印章。

总之一句话，各种方法手段，都是为了让我们的学生有兴趣，想学习，爱学习，会学习。一份耕耘，一份收获，我相信，只要我们努力了，并且坚持下去，就一定能够做到最好。

随着教育改革的不断深化，课堂教学作为教育过程的中心环节，作为推进素质教育、提高教学质量的主渠道、主阵地，愈来愈受到高度的关注。新课程理念最终要通过课堂中的教师得以落实，新课程的目标最终要体现在学生的变化上。新课程改革推进到今天，关注课堂，研究课堂，创新课堂，实现课堂的高效，毫无疑问是实施素质教育和时代发展新形势下的必然趋势，是当前我们教学、教研的中心工作和重要课题。

一、构建高校课堂的背景

1、一系列纲领性文件的出台

２００１年７月２７日 教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要》（试行），新一轮的课程改革开始在全国42个国家级实验区试行。其核心理念是：以学生发展为本。结合学科特点，力争全方位的落实科学素养教育，为学生的终身发展奠定基础。目标定位在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感、态度和价值观的新角度。这就要求老师们采取相应的教学策略：将知识和技能纬度的目标立足于让学生学会，将过程和方法纬度的目标立足于让学生会学，将情感、态度、价值观纬度的目标立足于让学生乐学。如何帮助学生完成由学会—会学—乐学的转变，这是检验课堂是否高效的重要标准。

同年，教育部又出台了《英语课程标准》。进一步明确了英语课程改革的重点，强调学生的学习兴趣、自信、生活经验和认知水平，倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式，使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。强调学生良好学习习惯的养成和有效学习策略的形成，更加关注对学生观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神的培养；为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。这一切的落实，主渠道还是在课堂。因此，提高课堂的效益和效率，既是提升英语教学质量的关键所在，也是英语新课程教学改革成功与否的关键所在。

为进一步规范中小学办学行为,减轻中小学生过重的课业负担,促进学生全面健康和谐发展和教师的专业发展,提升基础教育办学水平和质量, 20xx年，山东省教育厅在全省强力推行素质教育，颁布并实施了《山东省普通中小学管理基本规范（试行）》，对课程设置、课时等做了明确规定，特别是对学生的作息时间进行了严格控制。学生在校的学习时间减少，文化课教学时间压缩。。

在学科教学内容依旧，学生的在校时间减少，课时减少的情况下，要想保质保量的完成教学任务，只有在课堂的高效上下功夫。

20xx年5月，在全省强力推进素质教育的新形势下，市教研室在邹城及时召开了主题为“创新教学模式，构建高效课堂”的研讨会。会上，市教育局闫局长总结了我市开展构建高下课堂教学改革以来取得的成绩，我们学科有四个学校教学模式和方法介绍被收入会议经验材料汇编。我们这次研讨会就是全市研讨会在学科的进一步深化。

2、当前英语课堂教学中存在的问题

中考成绩和升学率承载着太多的社会压力，使得我们的教育部门或教育者自身急于求成，急功近利，从而使我们的课堂教学越来越偏离其教育的本质。反思我们的课堂教学，确实存在着一些低效、无效，甚至是负效的现象。归纳起来，具体表现在以下几方面：

1）笼统表述多，明晰表述少。

许多老师对教学目标的认识淡薄，理解模糊，教学目标表述过于笼统。如：“用英语谈论、描述动物并表达对动物的喜爱”；“学习……”；有的直接就是：“words：…;phrases…;…”等，缺乏可操作性，完全成了可有可无的摆设，失去了对教学的指导意义和对课堂的导、控作用，以致无法评价目标的达成度。我们知道，目标的达成度越高，课堂教学的效果就越好。

2）教师讲授多，学生实践少。

老师以“讲得多”“讲得好”为满足，“满堂灌”的现象依然普遍。总担心有哪一个知识点没讲到。不管学生会不会，老师认为该讲就讲，不关心学生的感受，不关注学生的'学得。很多时候，对一些所谓的重点，老师会不厌其烦地一遍遍的讲。实践证明：重复讲解学生已知的知识很容易引起学生的心理疲倦，造成课堂气氛沉闷，学习兴趣降低，从而使课堂教学低效，甚至无效。由于课堂上老师的讲解占用了大量的时间，学生只是被动的学习者，偶尔会参与一些枯燥、脱离实际的句型操练，没有足够的主动参与、体验、实践的机会和时间，学生学不会，各项技能得不到应有的训练和发展，课堂效率低。课堂的低效能导致学生厌学。

3）关注知识多，学法指导少。

“授之以鱼，不如授之以渔”这句话老师们再熟悉不过了。著名教育家陶行知说过，“与其把学生当天津鸭儿添入一些零碎知识，不如给他们几把锁匙，使他们可以自动去开发文化的金库和宇宙之宝藏。”……但在实际的课堂教学中，真正关注学生的学习策略，把知识的学习建立在学生实际的认知水平基础之上，在学习知识的过程中指导学生如何学习的老师有多少？课堂上，教学内容常以语音、词汇、语法为主线，老师关注的是知识点的讲解是否全面、到位。在指导对学生如何学会学习上关注少，做得少，有些老师不知道该怎样做。结果，学生只会被动地“接水”，不会主动地“取水”，造成课堂低效。

4）关注预设多，关注生成少。

课堂上，老师把注意力放在预设的教案上，即：按教案教（走教案）。衡量一节课是否高效，不是看教师有没有按预设完成教学内容，而是看学生有没有学到什么或学的好不好。看学生是否获得自己满意的学习效果和积极的学习体验。教案上有什么就教什么；教案上写的采用哪种活动形式就用哪种；时刻关注的是教学环节的推进，对学生在课堂上的表现视而不见。老师提出的问题是否按自己的意愿去回答，把学生纳入自己事先编织的框架。（鱼台实验的例子）在真实、常态的课堂教学中，我常常发现教师很多时候，老师所预设的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂。如：为了练第三人称单数的一般疑问句，课堂上经常出现这样的情景：老师指着1男生问其他学生“is he a boy? ” （假交际）教师无效的提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学的效率。由于学生的情感、心理变化、对知识的掌握情况以及活动的形式是否符合学生的真实需要等方面受到忽视，必然影响学习情绪、学习行为和学习效果。

5） 活动形式多，实际收效少。

课堂活动形式往往花样很多，但效果往往不尽人意。问题比较突出的就是：小组合作学习。讨论过程、反馈，都只有少数尖子生参与、表现，大部分学生没有真正参与。突出学生的主体地位不是只突出尖子生的主体地位，课堂教学应面向全体（80%以上的学生）。

6）统一要求多，个性发展少。

教学目标的确立、问题的提出、活动的设计都缺乏针对性和有效性。整齐划一的练习和作业多，发展个性、分层选择的任务少。造成课堂效果的低效。

面对新的课改形势，一方面，我们高兴地看到：老师们正在创新教学模式，构建高校课堂方面进行着积极探索和实践。一些教学模式、教学方法、教学手段的创新和运用给英语课堂带来了新的生机和活力，为高效课堂的创建提供了宝贵的经验。如:

另一方面，我们还必须清醒面对当前英语教学中存在的这些影响课堂教学效益的问题。这些问题解决地越好，课堂教学的效益和效率就会越高，教学效果就会越好。

二、 高效课堂的内涵

高效课堂是建立在有效教学基础之上的。高效相对于“低效”而言。排除教学过程中存在的重复的低效的教学模式，力争以最短的课堂时间达到最高的课堂效果。简言之：师生用最短的时间获得最大的效率。

三、高效课堂对教师的要求

2、实现教学相长，教师还应该成为学习者，与学生一起“同学”，我们常讲，教师上课也是“上学”，教书也是“进修”。

A lot of plastic bags always float on it .In summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim.

What causes this? Who is the devil?It’s the human ourselves. I have got to known from a book .The rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages the earth’s surface .It pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages our health. Then the deer began to eat the green leaves of the young trees .so the farmers thought of ways to protect their trees, then the deer had nothing to eat and many of them died.

The number of trees, deer, tigers, wild flowers and plants has changed much—less and less. We need to do more to keep the balance of nature.

As we all know, the most important thing in life is our attitude towards it, lots of men have tried different ways of treating life, and some succeeded, some failed, and here are some of the tips they left us. Life isn’t about keeping score. Life isn’t about your shoes or your hair or the color of your skin. In fact it’s not about if you have lots of friends or if you are alone, and it’s not about how accepted or unaccepted you are. Life just isn’t about that.

But life is about whom you love and who you hurt. It’s about how you feel about yourself. It’s about trust, happiness and compassion. But pi sia did find such a man, who was his friend named dameng. Then pi sia went home to bid farewell with mother as he wished.

Days passed quickly, and the term of imprisonment was near at hand, but pi sia had not turned back yet. Most people ascertained that pi sia had deceived his friend.

It was a rainy day when demeng was sent to the execution ground, all persons watching around laughed at him, but demeng himself was not worried at all. The rope was hanging on his neck, and just at the critical moment, one person ran quickly through the rain shouting loudly,"please wait, I'm coming!" it was pi sia who turned back in time.

This was the most moving curtain in the world. demeng took no care of himself in order to help his friend realize the duty, whose kind of spirit was moved one to tears. While pi sia did not hesitate to take life as the price for performing the promise, whose kind of courage was also rare to meet. My dear friends, do you know why demeng was so calm before death? the reason was that he believed his friend pi sia would not do such despicable thing as deceiving friends. This depended on the strength of trust.

This is a true story that is enough to shock everyone. especially to contemporary people who are surrounded by the benefit of themselves，it is more worth of pondering. friendship is the precious deposits of the human world and the coordinate of life，and it may keep the flowers of heart fresh and sweet forever. a true friend is large treasure of your whole life. when you are downhearted，they may encourage you to do all to catch up with the others，and when you are proud of yourself，they may remind you of keeping a clear head with sincere advice.

We love beautiful spring. We cherish bright sunshine. But sandstorms destroy all the lovely things. Yet we know it is Mother Nature's revenge on what we have done to her. In order to see blue sky and sunny spring again, we should plant more trees and more grass to protect the environment. And it is not too late if we start right now.

我曾经接到一位妈妈的微信，她说我家孩子的英语在班里是比较靠后的吧，我们觉得她对英语的学习兴趣不高有点着急了？想咨询一下您如何提高她的兴趣。

对于这个问题，我经过深入的思考，现答复如下：

1、我从来不给学生们进行排名，所以无所谓谁在班里比较靠前或者比较靠后，对于一年级的学生来说，如果某某的英语说得比较好，也许只是表示这些内容他已经在课外班学会了，在课堂上仅仅是展示而已；如果某某的英语说得还不够好，也并不说明他就差，因为他是刚刚接触，真正学会一定还是需要一个过程的。所以我从不给一年级的学生下判断，谁的英语学得好，谁的英语学得不好。他们还处于发展变化中，过早的贴上一个标签是不合适的。

2、关于英语学习兴趣的培养，的确是我们一年级英语教学中的一个重点，但是有一点我们也必须认识到：每个人的兴趣点是不一样的，每个人都有自己感兴趣的内容，也有自己不感兴趣的内容，成人如此，孩子也是如此，所以如果你觉得孩子的英语学习兴趣不高，不要过分着急，因为你的情绪，孩子会感知到，会让孩子产生一些不必要的负担。

关于培养孩子的英语学习兴趣，其实我在课堂上一直在做，例如学习和表演英语小故事，用画画的方式学习英语，在课堂上安排一些小游戏、看英语的动画片、发小奖贴等等，都是努力让英语学习变得更加有意思。但是尽管如此，班上还是会有学生告诉我：“老师，我就是不喜欢英语！”，那么，我只能退而求其次，至少不讨厌学英语吧！

2、树立学生学好英语的自信心。 ?

起始阶段的英语学习只要求孩子能听能说。由于孩子年领较小，在起始阶段时会有一个沉默期，进一步的听和说都需要一个过程。所以，对孩子在学习过程中出现的问题不要过分着急，不要强迫学生背单词、背句子。我在一个班级调查了孩子们头疼的事情，其中就有：“家长逼着我背单词，背长句子等！”这些超越孩子能力范围的事情，会让学生产生严重的挫败感，不利于后面的学习。对一时开不了口的孩子要从多听录音入手，在听录音的同时鼓励孩子模仿。

在人格发展理论中讲到这样一个观点：6-12岁的儿童的发展阶段是勤奋对自卑。处于这一阶段的.儿童主要发展任务是体验成功带给他们的勤奋感，即对自己以及对自己的能力具有良好的感觉。失败则会带来消极的自我感觉，让儿童自卑。

所以希望家长们能对孩子少一些批评，多一些鼓励。前一段时间，学习四单元数字的时候，我就留了一个作业：让学生们倒着背诵10个数字。

绝大部分的学生都能倒背，但是还有几个孩子，背诵起来有些难度，这些孩子的家长都很着急，纷纷给我微信说：“我们一直督促孩子背，可还是不熟练！”“这两天一直在学习倒着背诵英语数字，在家我们也一直在教，但总是记不住，可能我们也有些着急。”“我们的孩子就属于每个数字都要正着默数，才能背出来的，但孩子已经尽力了！”

看了这些信息，我突然有些过意不去，因为孩子能正着数数字就可以了，我让他们倒着数，只是想训练孩子们的思维，没想到家长们特别负责，还可能因为孩子背不下来跟孩子急等。

于是我赶紧给这些家长回复：每天让孩子练练就可以了，不要强求，你急了，孩子可能就烦了。

其实，我还想说的是：每个孩子的学习都有自己的速度，在起步阶段，家长一定要有足够的耐心，甚至有的孩子还会有很长一段时间的沉默期，就如同等着一朵花开一样，我们也要等着孩子慢慢成长！ 从小给孩子树立学好英语的信心，而不是打击他。

3、养成良好的英语学习习惯

在课堂上，要求学生认真听录音、模仿、大声朗读，在同学发言时可以不出声跟读以及同伴合作学习等。在家里，每天坚持听录音至少15-20分钟。鼓励孩子把当天在英语课上学到的内容用英语重复出来,并鼓励孩子在平时积极、大胆、大声开口说英语。

四、 五个要求：

1、单词：能够根据图片或实物说单词，不要求认读单词。

2、句子：能够听懂书中重点句子，不要求认读,能与他人进行简单的对话。

3、歌曲歌谣：能够熟练掌握几首自己喜欢的歌曲歌谣，其他的能够跟着音乐唱出关键词和句即可。

4、故事：能听懂并指图说出关键句子。不要求每句话都会说。

5、人物，在目录前面，要求能熟练叫出他们的名字。

上述要求是最低要求，您可以根据自己孩子的情况适当提高，但原则是孩子可以接受，比如您要求孩子背单词，孩子并不反感，您就可以这样做。

五、 补充说明:听读课

听读课现在分两部分内容，一部分是自然拼读，我们一年级本学期的教学目标是在歌谣中感知26个字母的发音，为将来的拼词，自主阅读绘本，默写单词打下优良的基础。

典范英语，我们当做练习自然拼读的绘本使用，也是让学生感知，对英语学习产生进一步的兴趣即可，学生们还不能做到完整地朗读。

六、评价方式：

形成性评价：

1、单词朗读

2、歌谣说唱

3、口语交际

4、故事表演

5、综合练习

每学完一个单元，我都会检查读单词、说句子的情况。对于有错的孩子，采用单独辅导的方式，确保无一人掉队，全都合格。

后期会带孩子们做两张小卷子，主要是学习如何审题，如何按要求做题

终结性评价：

采取“乐学嘉年华”的形式进行，没有纸笔测试，以听说为主。

My Oscar Dream

On the night of March 1, the 76th Annual Academy Awards was shown on television. After watching it, I had a dream, a sudden wish, that some day, I could receive an Oscar award, or a nomination, for a movie I've made.

While I was schooling in Australia, my friends from school and I received a n assignment one day, "To make a ten to twenty minute movie on the topic of your choice." At the time, the trend was based around the popular Matrix movie trilogy, so that became our obvious choice.

Because our schedule was very tight, and it was a first time experience, we found it all very hard work, but when we released our production at school, it was worth it. After my friends and I showed the movie, we could not get from one end of the school to the other without getting congratulated about five or six times. We, especially I, were proud. We made a school-wide sensation.

From then on, I became obsessed with how to make movies and how filming is done. I just wanted to know about everyone and everything that has something to do with movies. I would watch a movie four to five times, just to find out how one camera angle, or special effect was produced. I found everything I watched quite amazing. I sometimes admired directors and producers of these films because the techniques they use are so smart. Their cleverness inspired me to make and act in movies.

When I become little bit older, I would like to attend a movie academy in Beijing or Shanghai, then America, or England, after some training and experience, I would like to make a movie, which will most likely be an action movie, which is my favorite kind of movie to watch.. If I am lucky, I hope I would get an Oscar Award for this movie. I think that would be quite a challenge, but it’s not impossible. For now, it’s back to watching movies over and over again for me!

通过昨天下午的说、评、议活动，在看到成绩的同时，我们也清楚地看到了课堂教学中的一些无效、低效现象。这些现象影响着课堂教学的效率，制约着课堂教学向高效目标的发展。什么是高效？怎样才能高效？如何克服课堂教学中一些常见的低效现象，使课堂走向高效？我认为是我们亟待解决的问题。所以，今天借此机会和老师们一起就这方面的问题做个交流。

随着教育改革的不断深化，课堂教学作为教育过程的中心环节，作为推进素质教育、提高教学质量的主渠道、主阵地，愈来愈受到高度的关注。新课程理念最终要通过课堂中的教师得以落实，新课程的目标最终要体现在学生的变化上。新课程改革推进到今天，关注课堂，研究课堂，创新课堂，实现课堂的高效，毫无疑问是实施素质教育和时代发展新形势下的必然趋势，是当前我们教学、教研的中心工作和重要课题。

一、构建高校课堂的背景

1、一系列纲领性文件的出台

２００１年７月２７日 教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要》（试行），新一轮的课程改革开始在全国42个国家级实验区试行。其核心理念是：以学生发展为本。结合学科特点，力争全方位的落实科学素养教育，为学生的终身发展奠定基础。目标定位在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感、态度和价值观的新角度。这就要求老师们采取相应的教学策略：将知识和技能纬度的目标立足于让学生学会，将过程和方法纬度的目标立足于让学生会学，将情感、态度、价值观纬度的目标立足于让学生乐学。如何帮助学生完成由学会—会学—乐学的转变，这是检验课堂是否高效的重要标准。

同年，教育部又出台了《英语课程标准》。进一步明确了英语课程改革的重点，强调学生的学习兴趣、自信、生活经验和认知水平，倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式，使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。强调学生良好学习习惯的`养成和有效学习策略的形成，更加关注对学生观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神的培养；为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。这一切的落实，主渠道还是在课堂。因此，提高课堂的效益和效率，既是提升英语教学质量的关键所在，也是英语新课程教学改革成功与否的关键所在。

为进一步规范中小学办学行为,减轻中小学生过重的课业负担,促进学生全面健康和谐发展和教师的专业发展,提升基础教育办学水平和质量, 20xx年，山东省教育厅在全省强力推行素质教育，颁布并实施了《山东省普通中小学管理基本规范（试行）》，对课程设置、课时等做了明确规定，特别是对学生的作息时间进行了严格控制。学生在校的学习时间减少，文化课教学时间压缩。。

在学科教学内容依旧，学生的在校时间减少，课时减少的情况下，要想保质保量的完成教学任务，只有在课堂的高效上下功夫。

20xx年5月，在全省强力推进素质教育的新形势下，市教研室在邹城及时召开了主题为“创新教学模式，构建高效课堂”的研讨会。会上，市教育局闫局长总结了我市开展构建高下课堂教学改革以来取得的成绩，我们学科有四个学校教学模式和方法介绍被收入会议经验材料汇编。我们这次研讨会就是全市研讨会在学科的进一步深化。

2、当前英语课堂教学中存在的问题

中考成绩和升学率承载着太多的社会压力，使得我们的教育部门或教育者自身急于求成，急功近利，从而使我们的课堂教学越来越偏离其教育的本质。反思我们的课堂教学，确实存在着一些低效、无效，甚至是负效的现象。归纳起来，具体表现在以下几方面：

1）笼统表述多，明晰表述少。

许多老师对教学目标的认识淡薄，理解模糊，教学目标表述过于笼统。如：“用英语谈论、描述动物并表达对动物的喜爱”；“学习……”；有的直接就是：“words：…;phrases…;…”等，缺乏可操作性，完全成了可有可无的摆设，失去了对教学的指导意义和对课堂的导、控作用，以致无法评价目标的达成度。我们知道，目标的达成度越高，课堂教学的效果就越好。

2）教师讲授多，学生实践少。

老师以“讲得多”“讲得好”为满足，“满堂灌”的现象依然普遍。总担心有哪一个知识点没讲到。不管学生会不会，老师认为该讲就讲，不关心学生的感受，不关注学生的学得。很多时候，对一些所谓的重点，老师会不厌其烦地一遍遍的讲。实践证明：重复讲解学生已知的知识很容易引起学生的心理疲倦，造成课堂气氛沉闷，学习兴趣降低，从而使课堂教学低效，甚至无效。由于课堂上老师的讲解占用了大量的时间，学生只是被动的学习者，偶尔会参与一些枯燥、脱离实际的句型操练，没有足够的主动参与、体验、实践的机会和时间，学生学不会，各项技能得不到应有的训练和发展，课堂效率低。课堂的低效能导致学生厌学。

3）关注知识多，学法指导少。

“授之以鱼，不如授之以渔”这句话老师们再熟悉不过了。著名教育家陶行知说过，“与其把学生当天津鸭儿添入一些零碎知识，不如给他们几把锁匙，使他们可以自动去开发文化的金库和宇宙之宝藏。”……但在实际的课堂教学中，真正关注学生的学习策略，把知识的学习建立在学生实际的认知水平基础之上，在学习知识的过程中指导学生如何学习的老师有多少？课堂上，教学内容常以语音、词汇、语法为主线，老师关注的是知识点的讲解是否全面、到位。在指导对学生如何学会学习上关注少，做得少，有些老师不知道该怎样做。结果，学生只会被动地“接水”，不会主动地“取水”，造成课堂低效。

4）关注预设多，关注生成少。

课堂上，老师把注意力放在预设的教案上，即：按教案教（走教案）。衡量一节课是否高效，不是看教师有没有按预设完成教学内容，而是看学生有没有学到什么或学的好不好。看学生是否获得自己满意的学习效果和积极的学习体验。教案上有什么就教什么；教案上写的采用哪种活动形式就用哪种；时刻关注的是教学环节的推进，对学生在课堂上的表现视而不见。老师提出的问题是否按自己的意愿去回答，把学生纳入自己事先编织的框架。（鱼台实验的例子）在真实、常态的课堂教学中，我常常发现教师很多时候，老师所预设的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂。如：为了练第三人称单数的一般疑问句，课堂上经常出现这样的情景：老师指着1男生问其他学生“is he a boy? ” （假交际）教师无效的提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学的效率。由于学生的情感、心理变化、对知识的掌握情况以及活动的形式是否符合学生的真实需要等方面受到忽视，必然影响学习情绪、学习行为和学习效果。

5） 活动形式多，实际收效少。

课堂活动形式往往花样很多，但效果往往不尽人意。问题比较突出的就是：小组合作学习。讨论过程、反馈，都只有少数尖子生参与、表现，大部分学生没有真正参与。突出学生的主体地位不是只突出尖子生的主体地位，课堂教学应面向全体（80%以上的学生）。

6）统一要求多，个性发展少。

教学目标的确立、问题的提出、活动的设计都缺乏针对性和有效性。整齐划一的练习和作业多，发展个性、分层选择的任务少。造成课堂效果的低效。

面对新的课改形势，一方面，我们高兴地看到：老师们正在创新教学模式，构建高校课堂方面进行着积极探索和实践。一些教学模式、教学方法、教学手段的创新和运用给英语课堂带来了新的生机和活力，为高效课堂的创建提供了宝贵的经验。如:

另一方面，我们还必须清醒面对当前英语教学中存在的这些影响课堂教学效益的问题。这些问题解决地越好，课堂教学的效益和效率就会越高，教学效果就会越好。

二、 高效课堂的内涵

高效课堂是建立在有效教学基础之上的。高效相对于“低效”而言。排除教学过程中存在的重复的低效的教学模式，力争以最短的课堂时间达到最高的课堂效果。简言之：师生用最短的时间获得最大的效率。

1、高效课堂的文学性概括：知识的超市、生命的狂欢！

2、高效课堂的解释：

a、三高：高效率、高效益、高效果

b、三动：身（形）动、心（思维）动、神（思想）动

c、三量：思维量、信息量、训练量

d、三特点：立体式、快节奏、大容量

e、四学：学生想学、学会、会学和乐学

f、减负：轻负担、高质量；低耗时、高效益

3、高效课堂的终极目标：

a、通过高效课堂走向高效学习，从而实现终身学习

b、素质教育的素质最主要的是“学习能力”：思维力、生成力、表达力（听、说、读、写）

c、实现学生的解放、教师的解放、学校的解放

三、高效课堂对教师的要求

教师要成为“三者”：促进者、学习者、决定者

1、首先要完成角色的转换，教师由传授者变成学生学习的促进者，做学生成长的推手。

2、实现教学相长，教师还应该成为学习者，与学生一起“同学”，我们常讲，教师上课也是“上学”，教书也是“进修”。

This was the most moving curtain in the world. demeng took no care of himself in order to help his friend realize the duty, whose kind of spirit was moved one to tears. 为了学生在假期期间更好地完成预习作业，使预习作业更有成效，我们学校在放假前特意召开了家长会，把学校的想法、做法与家长们沟通交流，期望家长能做好督促检查工作。事实证明，我们得到了很多家长的配合。

4、检查预习效果。

检查学生预习是否到位，存在有哪些问题，以便今后教学做到有的放矢。开学的第二天，我们学校就组织了各科的预习考试。成绩上报学校，并作出效果分析。由于我们英语学科的特点，初二学生在预习单词和每单元的语法聚焦两方面比较好，但知识点和句型的灵活运用还有待提高。

二、抓好教研组建设。

学校是一个大群体，而教研组是一个小群体，教师是这个群体中的成员，我们每位教师的成长与发展都离不开这个群体。我校在抓教研组建设方面工作做得扎实，有条不紊，为每位教师的发展搭建了平台。积极开展教研组的说、上、评课活动，要求人人过关。紧紧围绕教研组的活动专题，重视对学生学习习惯培养的研究，和对学生自主学习意识培养的研究。通过教研活动，使本教研组全体英语教师共同提高，人人受益。也让我感受到了集体的力量是无穷的，实现了教师之间，同伴之间的团结协作。一个人有困难时，大家都来帮助，让她从困境中走出，不断发展自己，提高自己，身处在这样一个教师群体中，我深感荣幸。

三、加强备课组的集体备课。

集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。我校很重视英语教研，特别安排了主抓教学的刘校长下组监督指导，使活动有计划、有目标、有实效。我们英语备课组的三位教师积极组织集体备课，研究教学内容，研究学生，进度，研究教学方法，安排及教学资料做到一致。我们每周至少活动一次，时间固定，有活动记录。每次活动都定有中心发言人，定活动的主题，不走形式，不敷衍了事，切实解决教学中的一些问题，努力提高课堂教学质量，完善教学，规范我们的教学行为，向课堂40分钟要质量。

四、培养学生自主探究学习的'能力。

本学年我们学校一直倡导培养学生自主探究学习的能力。要求教学要以学生为主体，转变角色，成为学生学习的引导者、帮助者。在课堂中要求教师要“少讲多学”，即教师少讲，学生多学。坚持放手原则：凡是学生能读的就让学生读，凡是学生能说的就让学生说，凡是学生能想的就让学生想，凡是学生能讨论的就让学生讨论，凡是学生能写的就让学生写，凡是学生能做的就让学生做。给学生自学时间、提问时间、读书时间和练习时间。在教学中，我们鼓励学生尝试地交流、讨论、质疑、解惑；把问的权利交给学生，把讲的机会让给学生，让学生参与到知识形成的过程中，并从中感受到“参与之乐，思维之趣，成功之悦”。

我们知道“学源于思，思源于疑”，学生探索知识的思维过程总是从问题开始，又在解决问题中得到发展。教学过程中学生如果能在教师创设的情境下，自己动脑思考，动口表达，将受益匪浅。我们的做法是首先创设情境、明确目标，其次呈现问题、启发诱导，然后让学生先自主探究、设疑质疑，再合作探究、解惑释疑，最后对学生的活动加以评价，使学生活动的过程更规范化，在活动中该做什么，而不该做什么，逐步渗透到学生的脑海里。每节课尽可能给予学生自主学习的时间和空间，让他们自主学习，培养他们敢疑、敢想、敢问、敢说的良好学习习惯，提高他们的思维能力，真正使学生好学、乐学、会学，从而形成一种生动活泼轻松的学习局面。

尽管以往的教育教学工作取得了一些进步，得到了领导和家长们的认可，学生的学习方法，学习习惯和自主学习能力有了一定提高，一部分学生的学习兴趣也得以巩固和加强。但是，客观地分析了学生的成绩的各个方面，我深深地感觉到自身工作中还存在许多不足。例如：学生成绩的两极分化现象；相当一部分学生的英语学习兴趣还有待于进一步的保鲜和巩固；一些学生的基本学习习惯、方法和技能都需要在今后的工作中加强指导。另外，回首自身教学工作的各个方面，在常规教学的备课方面还存在不足，讲课方面也还不够灵活机动。以后的教学工作将带着这些问题有针对性地开展。

Once upon a time, an old rich woman left all her property to the person who could answer her question correctly. Her question was this “what is the most important thing for a person who wants to succeed?” To my surprise, the answer was not money, not power, not even opportunity, but “ambition”.

Why is ambition so important? A person without ambition is like a near-sighted lion. All the things in the distance appear blurred. No matter how strong it is, it can't go far.

A lion lives to rule the whole plain. A person must prove that “I am a king here”, at least you are the king of yourself.

Nowadays, the world is very competitive. Even if you get to the top of your own field, there might be still someone better than you. So we have to ask ourselves: what is the proof of success? I believe it is doing something for this world.

Remember: As a successful person, in addition to ambition, the other key you must hold is love. When you look back at history, you'll find you were standing on the shoulders of the giants. You have enjoyed what they had left you. So we should live to work for the improvement of the world.
