梦想英语演讲稿 篇1

Good morning/afternoon, Dear teachers and my friends. Im a student from No.2 middle school of Qugou. My name is Zhao Bingjie.

Im very glad to stand here to make a short speech for you. Today my speech topic is "embrace the dream". Many people have a dream about the future besides me. I had a beautiful dream since I was a young little girl. I really want to be an outstanding writer like Guo Jingming in the future, because I liked reading very much when I was a child. So, I practice writing articles in my free time, by doing that I feel very comfortable.

I love my dream and I will try my best to make my dream come true. Its about my dream, what about you? Do you have a dream? Do you think everyone has their own dreams? In fact, you are wrong. Many people never thought about future and what they will be like. They never have a dream .

Its not good for them. Only have dreams, then we can know what we should do for our dreams and try our best to make them true. So, its important and necessary to have a dream. Someone once said that success comes from a dream. So, fellow students, lets have a dream, and embrace the dream. Then, we will have a beautiful tomorrow! My speech is over, thanks for your listening.

My hometown is Lhasa, the largest city on the roof of the world. It is the heart and soul of Tibet. I think Lhasa is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is surrounded by high mountains.

There is seldom a day when you cant see the dark blue Lhasa River flowing quietly around the city. Lhasa is a mixture of tradition and fashion.First of all, Lhasa has a long history and is the politics, culture and economy of Tibet In the center, there are many famous scenic spots. Potala Palace is the most famous, magnificent and wonderful place.

I think it is the unique artistic achievement of Tibetan people.Similarly, the buildings, sculptures and paintings in the City show the industriousness, wisdom and bravery of our people. Secondly, under the guidance of Chinas reform and opening up policy, Lhasa has undergone many changes and many new things appear here It has changed the appearance of the city. New and old buildings go hand in hand.Schools and roads have been repaired.

The Qinghai Tibet railway to Lhasa is under construction. Many shopping malls have been opened.Modern technologies such as telecommunications are spreading. The whole city looks very prosperous. Our Tibetan people will take on a new look every festival.People can walk freely on the new, broad and smooth roads Wearing beautiful traditional clothes, I was looking forward to a festival called schotton in June.

At this time, my family and I gathered for a picnic in the famous garden of nobrinka. We sang Tibetan songs, danced Guozhuang on the grass, ate Zanba, drank butter tea, highland barley beer on the beautiful carpet, and we enjoyed our life.I think this festival shows the Tibetan peoples happiness Langs optimistic personality finally, I love my hometown, I love the people of my hometown thank you tashidler.

梦想英语演讲稿 篇3

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day every vally shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.

Wow, what a dream it has been for Martin Luther King. But the changing world seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehow in the process of growing up, and sometimes I personally find myself saying goodbye unconsciously to those distant childhood dreams.

However, we meed dreams. They nourish our spirit; they represent possibility even when we are dragged down by reality. They keep us going. Most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great. When we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy, something significant. Now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. However, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future. Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.

Students, guests , teachers and Honorable Judges Good morning !

my great pleasure to share my dream with you today. my dream is to become a teacher.... As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life.

I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last.

Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction. I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.

I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

It’s my great honor to stand here to share my speech with you. Today the topic of my speech is: The Pursuit of Dream.

Now let’s think of our old days as we were students in primary schools. Have you ever remembered that the teachers often ask questions as “what’s your dream?”, or “what are you want to be in the future?” and what’s your answer in that childish and fantastic age? Has anyone of you answered like this: “I want to be a painter”, or “I want to be a scientist”, or “I plan to be a police”?

A few years later, we start our new journey of study in high schools and become mature and practical in our mind. Then, have you ever changed your dreams? If so, what’s it?

But now, I think, most of us become down-to-earth and the dream is more practical than before. However, have you taken actions to pursue your dream? Are you working hard enough to make your dream come true?

As for myself, I have dreamed to be an excellent police in high school due to there are so many thefts in my hometown while they are seldom caught. Sooner I have realized how ridiculous am I and now I turn to realistic: I just want to be a translator.

How do I pursue my dream?

First of all, I try my best to correct the pronunciation and read the textbook or other English magazines such as: English weekly, English salon and the like. I try to do this day by day. Now I have improved my reading ability a lot and it also enlarged my vocabulary.

Secondly, I often do some translating extension and embrace my teacher’s suggestion. It benefits me much.

Last but not the least, I realize my dream by reading Chinese literature. Maybe you will say it’s what the Chinese major students should do. If you say so, you are badly wrong. For as an English major student, how can you know others well if you even don’t familiar with your country? On the other hand, it also benefits me in translation and writing.

In a word, I have already working in my dream. What about you?

That’s all. Thank you.

Hello, schoolmates and teachers.

Good afternoon, everybody!

Im Pang Qiyuan, from Class 2, Senior 3.

Today Im very happy here to talk about my dream. I hope you can support me and do me a favor, OK?

Dream likes a beautiful flower. Different people have different make the earth colorful and wonderful. A dream is a target in life, in which it can give people power. It can show people the directions and final destinations.

I have three dreams. My first dream is that I wish I could go to college some day, which is also the one of many other students dreams. Going to college for further education can not only enrich our knowledge, but also teach us how to behave better. I always imagine that the college life must be very interesting. This dream gives me energy to study harder and harder. Now Im trying my best to make it come true. Sure, I have enough confidence to realize my dream.

My second dream is becoming an excellent doctor. I always dream that I could turn a doctor like Bai Qiuen, so that I could cure a lot of patients, help them get rid of sick devil, let them lead a healthy and happy life, and finally I will feel happy, too.

My third dream is that all the people together with the surroundings can live in perfect harmony. There are no quarrellings, no cheatings, and no wars in the world. We should be kind to each other, love each other and care each other. All the people in the world could get along as well as a big family with each other. I dream that we could enjoy absolute peace and freedom.

These are my dreams. How I wish that they could come true soon!

Thank you.

When I was a naughty boy, may be because of theinfluence of the film."Xiao Bing Zhang Ga",my dreamwas to be a soldier just like Zhang Ga. I thought if Iwas a soldier, I should be able to swim, dive andclimb trees as he did. It seemed to be verywonderful.

So I began to learn swimming, diving andclimbing trees. I practiced every day and finally Icould do them well. But when I entered junior highschool and had the military training. I suddenlyfound that being a soldier was very difficult and Iwasnt strong enough to bear it . I had to give mydream up. But I wasnt discouraged, and I had new aim, which was to be a postman, or rather to bea newspaper boy. As a newspaper boy. I could speed along streets on a bike and thrownewspapers onto every porch. Thats also very cool. So I started learning to ride a r the everyday practice, I could go very fast by bicycle.

But to my disappointment, the jobwhich I wanted only existed in western counties not in China, because there was no porch inChina. And Chinese postmen had to stuff very thick newspapers into very small mailboxes fromvery narrow entrances. The job was far from what I had expected. So once again my dream fellthrough. Perhaps you have had the same experience as I and most of your dreams havent cometrue yet.

But I think it doesnt matter, because if you have a dream, youll make many effortsto realize it. This course is really important. If I hadnt dreamt of being a soldier or anewspaper boy. I wouldnt have learned to swim, to dive, to climb trees or to ride a if our dream cant come true, youll learn much from the efforts you have made. Sowhat I want to tell us is that dream helps us to grow up and teaches us how to control ourlives . It is dream that gives us power and makes our lives colorful.
