其次，我想讲一下班级学生英语学习情况。其实在座的家长对自身子女的情况比我更加清楚。他们都是在同一起跑线上起跑的，但经过几年来的学习，学生与学生之间已经拉开了差距。一些好的学生学习兴趣浓，学习劲头足，课堂上积极思维，踊跃发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性循环的好势头。他们的学习习惯好，在听、说、读、写方面都能齐头并进，我为他们感到欣慰。可也有一些学生，平时学习马虎，基础不扎实，导致他们现在课上听讲出现困难，关键还不努力，书面作业拖拉不交，口头作业根本不完成，如此一来，学习自然成了件头痛事。其实，我们班大部分的学生还是处于中上等层次，尽管他们平时不需要老师操太多的心，费太大的力，但说起各方面的表现，又总有一丝遗憾，因为我们总希望他们能再上一个台阶。

有位教育家曾说过：只有学校教育而没有家庭教育，或者只有家庭教育而没有学校教育，都不能完成培养人这一及其艰巨而复杂的任务。因此在英语学习上，我们的家长也起到了很重要的作用，下面我给在座的家长提一些辅导孩子学习英语的建议

1）让孩子多听录音。

在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力差，为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听，多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说。我们的升学考试也一年比一年重视听力、阅读等需要综合能力的部分。

2）家长要每天留出15分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。

我们要鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自身，也有利于他人纠正自身的错误。让孩子熟练背诵课文和单词背诵是一项基本功，可以积累一些日常用语，到用的时等候就可以脱口而出。但在检查过程中，我们发目前一部分学生背得相当熟练，可问他课文中的某个词组或句子的意思时，他却一问三不知。因此，我们在背诵过程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基础上达到背诵的要求，课文中涉及到的.相关词组和句型，要让学生熟记，并能用它们来造句、说话。

3）督促孩子预习、复习。这是一项很必要也很重要的任务。

因此，家长的首要任务是及时督促孩子复习当天学习的内容，提前预习下一堂课的学习任务。主要形式就是跟录音机大声读英语单词、句子、对话、短文等。英语和母语不同，没有学习的氛围和环境，必须“曲不离口”地反复诵读，才会记得牢。

4）每天检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天能按时上交。

检查时不要只问一下有没有做，也请你亲自看一看，懂得家长还可以看看单词有没有抄错，题目有没有做错之类的。在具体的实施过程中发现：有些学生根本不用心学，能偷懒则偷懒，很多家长比较负责会查问有没有教新课，要不要默写，但孩子喜欢耍小聪明，不如实告诉家长。这时候，你应该及时跟我联系，让孩子知道：隐瞒不是办法，也会受到相应的惩罚。

5）有时我会布置学生回去背诵英语单词，并自身默写。

这时家长可以在家帮助学生默写，你可以报中文，让他默英文。并签上你的名字（注明默写），因为有的学生让他默一遍其实也就是抄一遍交差，一点效果也没有。单词亦是如此，分散记忆、根据读音记忆单词都是可取的方法。有时，我们回家布置抄写单词，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒学生记忆这些单词。但在日常学习中，学生不重视这项作业，认为只是抄抄而已，不做也没什么关系，其实他连抄写都不做，根本别说是去背了，结果几次下来，他负债累累，应付不过来，学习处于被动状态，从而影响了以后的学习，出现退步现象。因此，请大家在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成不错的习惯。

经过一个学期的教学，我发现我们五年级的家长都是比较认真负责的，对于自身孩子的英语学习都是比较关心的，总而言之，请家长的重视会让学生增多信心，提升学生的学习积极性。与其在期末时看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程。还希望家校携手共同提升孩子们的英语学习水平。孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过：“要把培养孩子当作自身的事业来做。”是啊，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报！我要讲的就是这些，谢谢大家。

在我很小还在呀呀学语的时侯，妈妈就开始引导我看事物图片，认英语单词。上一年级，妈妈为我购买了学英语丛书等资料，并陪我一起看单词，学句子。从三年级起学校开设英语课，老师也开始给我们教授英语，妈妈精挑细选地给我买了与教材配套的英语光碟。由于以前我对英语的痴迷，这时我学英语更如鱼得水，喜不自胜。上四年级，我的英语已经有了较好的基础，为了继续发展，我每晚都要读一遍英语课文和做一些英语资料，因为妈妈经常告诫我说反复练习，熟能生巧。现在，我已上五年级了，英语老师说我对英语有特异的敏感性，不但发音标准，而且语速流畅，对单词和句型的掌握熟练，运用自如。因此，每次质量检测时我的成绩都会在全年级名列前茅……可以说，上五年级的我，已经能用流利的英语进行滔滔不绝地演讲了。

To me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our eco-environment.

Today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems. On the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. It has become a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth. It has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity. But on the other hand, many problems can occur - natural scenes aren't natural anymore. Deforestation to heat lodges are devastating Nepal. Oil spills from tourist boats are polluting Antarctica. Now every year, many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations are receiving donations - big notes, small notes or even coins - from housewives, plumbers, ambulance drivers, salesmen, teachers, children and invalids. Some of them cannot afford to send the money but they do. These are the ones who drive the cabs, who nurse in hospitals, who are suffering from ecological damage in their neighborhood. Why? Because they care. Because they still want their Mother Nature back. Because they know it still belongs to them.

This kind of feeling that I have, ladies and gentlemen, is when it feels like it, smells like it, and looks like it , it's all coming from a scene to be remembered, a scene to recall and to cherish.

The other night, as I saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs. I found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to something else, someplace else, a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seemed to have been except the deer.

And all those unforgettable scenes strengthened the feeling that it's time for us to do something, for our own and our coming generation.

Once again, I have come to think of Mrs. Diana Fossey because it is with her spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of our ecoenvironment that we are taking our next step into the world.

And no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our minds, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it.
