一、备好课是上好课的基础。就我个人而言，在备课时，我始终严格按照备教材、备教法和备学生的原则进行。同时，我充分利用备课组的优势，积极吸取他人的经验和教学方法。在上课之前，我尽可能地做好充分的准备，确保每一节课都“有备而去”。因为一堂有效的课程离不开老师充分的准备工作。我会认真研究教材内容，教材是教学内容的主要载体，所以每一次备课时，我都会认真阅读、思考和理解教材，了解教材的核心思想和编写目的，把握教材中提供的数学活动的线索，分析教材中蕴含的数学思想、方法和科学内涵，亲自完成每道练习题，只有这样才能真正领会新教材中所蕴含的教学理念，并备出高质量的教案。一般而言，我会在学生学习新课程的一周之前，先逐一完成下一章节的例题、习题、练习册、伴你学和单元卷，然后再根据课时进行详细备课。

二、高效的数学课堂教学不仅在于成功的讲解，而且更取决于科学、高效率的练习。科学合理的练习是学生学习数学、发展思维的经常性实践活动，同时也是师生信息交流的一个窗口。在新课程下，数学学习应该成为一种生活、一种活动，应该关注学生的发展，而不仅仅是重复单一的、千篇一律的内容。好的练习可以主动引导学生提出疑难问题、解决困惑，并及时进行纠正。通过这样的练习，可以巩固和应用数学知识，培养学生的学习习惯和思维品质，训练他们的思考方法，提高数学教学的有效性。基于多年的教学经验，我深刻地认识到大量的题海战术已经不再适应新课程理念下的数学教学。因此，在备课时，我会亲自做一遍手头的所有资料上的题目，然后对其进行归类筛选，设计出科学合理的练习，以提高数学课堂教学的效率。

四、在进行授课的过程中，教师应该注重表扬学生。即使是对于那些对学习没有兴趣或学习困难的学生，有些老师可能会认为这样的学生没有任何优点可夸奖。但作为一名教师，只要发现学生取得了一丝进步，哪怕是微小的进步，我都会及时给予表扬和鼓励，让他们感到自己也有优点，也能够不断进步。例如，在上课时如果我提出了一个比较简单的.问题，我会让学生回答，并及时表扬他们：“你的回答非常正确，你取得了很大的进步。”另外，如果有学生举手发言，即使回答错误，我也会给予鼓励：“看到你敢于大胆发言，虽然回答还不完全正确，但你已经取得了很大的进步，我相信下一次你一定能回答正确。”我始终坚信：对于学习困难或不爱发言的学生来说，教师的表扬和鼓励对他们而言是非常重要的。他们会感到非常高兴甚至自豪，从而对学习产生兴趣，认真听课并积极发言，这样他们的学习成绩也会迅速提高。在我的课堂上，第四组同学得到最多的发言机会。他们每次都能认真思考和积极回答问题。如果这个组的同学的回答受到全班的认可，整个小组的同学都会感到非常高兴和自豪。

落实好每天的作业

适当的作业对学生来说是必要的。但我们不能仅仅为作业而作业，而是通过做作业，使学生巩固所学的知识。所以布置合适的作业是重要的。我所任教的班学生基础相差比较大，所以采用分层次布置作业的方式，做到照顾差异。作业的重点放在巩固所学知识的前提下，再适当提升。对基础不够好的同学要让他们从基础入手。对基础好的同学每天布置一个有助于开拓思维的题目。总之，作业不能一概而论。对于作业的批改我一点也不敢放松，多年来的教学使我对作业有一个深刻的体会，学生的作业也是老师的作业，作业布置了学生要做，那老师也必须要批改，否则设计的作业再好也不能达到巩固提高的目的。每天再忙我也要对学生的作业逐一进行批改，在我看来不批改就没有发言权，可以说批改作业让我尝到了大大的甜头，批改作业后再讲评使讲解针对性更强了，也节省了时间，只讲学生出错较多的题目更好的调动了学生听讲的积极性。刚接手这批学生时让我最棘手的就是家庭作业问题，不能认真独立完成应付了事抄袭现象严重，由于我坚持每次都批改家庭作业，及时发现问题并与学生进行交流，我们班学生的家庭作业质量有了大幅度的提高。班里有个女孩栾湉数学开始时是C类，上课回答问题积极，思维灵活，成绩却总是不太理想，通过批改作业发现，他的作业不能认真独立的完成，于是我就与他谈话告诉他作业的重要性，他知道老师发现了他的秘密，从那以后作业总是能认真独立完成不懂的就问，数学成绩有了很大的提高，现在已经经常考A。

做好课后辅导工作，多与学生交流

我是八年级二班的英语兼生物老师。作为一名英语教师，我深深感到肩上责任重大，为了让家长了解学生的学习情况以及了解我的教学水平和能力，在此，我进展以下成绩分析与各位家长分享和探讨。

1、尊敬师长，团结同学。

2、课堂纪律良好，上课积极表现和热烈讨论问题。

3、按时完成作业，遇到难懂的题时，主动问老师。

4、竞争意识强，都很上进。

我们的家长都非常重视孩子们的英语学习，大家都意识到英语学习不管是对我们的日常生活还是升学来说，都有着重要的作用，有着重大的意义。而我们中学阶段的教学目的在于培养学生的学习兴趣、良好的语言习惯、运用英语进展交际的能力以及跨文化意识。因此，我的课堂也是围绕听、说、读、写几个方面对所学知识进展操练和运用。通过一段时间的教学，我发现这个班学生都特别负责，班风、学风也很好，最重要的`是绝大多数的同学自尊心强，上进心强，这使我对他们充满信心。

但同样也发现了以下问题：

英语学习方面：

1、学习心态和态度不端正。少部分学生没有意识到学习英语的重要性，对于学习英语是抱着无态度。

2、学习习惯不够好。我要求学生在上课前集体朗读单词或课文，这对锻炼他们的英语口语和音准有很大的帮助，但是还是有好几个学生态度不端正，敷衍了事。我还要求读英语的时候用手指单词和句子，有利于对单词的记忆，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人没有这种习惯，眼睛盯着天花板，盯着窗户读的都有，甚至还有的同学边发呆边跟着读，这样就没有效果。还存在着严重的畏难情绪，我给的问题或是阅读材料还刚出来就有人抱怨“我不会做”、“这么难”、“看不懂”，我会反问他们“你还没看题怎么知道不会做?遇到困难首先想到的不是解决问题而是逃避，那么你永远不会进步”。这段时间这种情况几乎没有了。

3、少数同学根底不好。到现在26个字母还读不全、默不全。这也是颇让人头疼的问题。

4、阅读能力欠佳，有待提高。阅读在今后的升学考试，包括中考、高考、研究生考试以及大学英语四、六级考试中都占有很大的分值。但我们的学生对于阅读暂时还没有概念。我要求他们把阅读材料读三遍，第一遍泛读，也就是浏览;第二遍精读，把生词划出来，根据上下文理解单词的意思;第三遍答复以下问题，但是很少有同学能够严格按照要求完成，往往是读了一遍就不想读了。针对以上问题，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家长的配合和支持。

1、催促学生在家听英语磁带，每周不少于1小时，最好能每天坚持听10—15分钟，这将对孩子的学习有很大帮助。

2、争取消化当天所学的单词，不要积压任务。我会在每单元完毕的时候组织一次听写，并要求学生带回家给家长过目。

3、请家长催促孩子在家里完成家庭作业，以免他们来学校在匆忙之中互相抄袭。有时的默写作业我也会烦请各位家长签字，这也是为了给学生一点点压力，让他们知道父母会经常检查他们的作业本，一定要认真写才行。家长可以让学生自己默写或者报中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在学生默完后，催促他们对着书本更正。

4、每一个单元都有阅读的部分，并且附有课后习题。如果你的孩子英语根底不是很好，可以催促他们先在家，做适当的预习。生物学习方面：

每个学生对这个世界的事物充满了好奇心，上课时气氛活泼，积极表现，课堂作业很认真，家庭作业也能按时完成，考试成绩优异。

总之，我和各位家长有着共同的心愿，都想尽自己最大的努力去培养这些孩子，他们个个都聪明、可爱，只是有些孩子的潜能还没有得到充分的开掘。

Having fun

When having to make a choice most people think they have to choose between the two. Far too often people go for the latter and naturally choose fun. For instance many people would prefer watching television, or more commonly known as TV to exercising, we all know that it’s true, right? The problem is, if you don’t exercise you will become weak and ultimately out of shape and it is no fun to be out of shape, right? So the question is, why not turn exercise into fun?

As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.

Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.

Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?

一师生关系

良好的师生关系是保证完成教学任务的重要条件，要做一名学生喜欢的英语老师。学生亲其师，方能信其道，乐其道，才能积极的接受教师传授的知识，提高学习兴趣。每个老师都是为了学生好，可是有时学生真的是不领情，那么为什么学生就不明白我们的良苦用心呢?所以建立良好的师生关系显得尤为重要，要想方设法让学生对老师佩服，信服，并且乐于和你交流，愿意听你的话。这就要求我们在各个方面都要加以注意，比如：知识丰富全面，教学敬业，关爱关注学生，风趣幽默，了解孩子的心理，懂得他们的`爱好兴趣，尊重信任学生。

二热情

教师要有饱满的热情，满怀激情地走进教室，要感染学生，激发学生的情感，使课堂气氛活跃，目标一致，焕发英语课堂活力，以达到事半功倍的效果。

想象学生从早到晚，坐在教室里，一节课接着一节课，很容易产生视觉疲劳，听觉疲劳。如果老师总是板着面孔，传授知识，那很难激发学生的学习兴趣。因此，在教学中教师要注意情感的释放，教师走进课堂就应该象演员走进摄影棚，立刻进入角色，动作神态逼真传神，富于激情，用自己的教学热情去激发起学生的相应情感体验，以富有表现力的面部表情，恰当自然的形态动作给学生深刻的感染，加速激活认知能力。

三课堂气氛

我认为好的课堂教学应该是严格与宽松相结合的。如果一节课一严到底学生会感到很压抑，久而久之便会对你的课堂失去兴趣，从而对这一科失去学习的信心，甚至还会产生抵触的心理，那就根本谈不上学习效果。可以通过小幽默，小笑话，小比赛，小表演来活跃课堂气氛，让学生更加自然、轻松、愉快的学习知识。

四精讲多练

初中生的注意力集中时间只能持续十五到二十分钟。如果英语老师是“一张嘴，一支笔，从上课讲到下课。”的教学模式，就会出现“老师讲得天花乱坠，学生听得昏昏欲睡”的现象。新课程理念要求我们重视学生在课堂上的主体地位，少讲多练。一节英语课千万不可贪多，讲许多知识点。一节新课可适当降低难度，知识点可精讲精炼。整节课就几个重点反复操练，多读，多用，以达到学生课下能正确运用的目标。比如我会经常实行“一分钟背书”，四五句话看谁一分钟能够背完。“一口气英语”，一个长的句子或两个句子，一口气说下来，中间不准换气，看谁说的最快，最溜。在不知不觉中，很多的重点句型当堂就掌握背熟了。现在我上课只要一说“一口气英语”，学生就会马上兴奋的进入战斗状态。

五兴趣

对于学生的学习兴趣，我们要特别注意培养和保护，注意教学的生动性和趣味性，使课堂教学生充满激情和乐趣。而学校白板设施的安装给我们提供了绝好的平台，使我们的课堂得到了无限的扩展，产生了无限的可能，使得以前比较贫乏的教学手段丰满立体起来。比如英语歌曲，西方民俗，社会现象，热点新闻，小游戏，有趣的小视频等等，都可以充实到我们的课堂中来。比如，对于某些没有学习自信的学生，我曾经播放过一个网络传播很广的小视频，《死亡爬行》，让他们相信自己，勇于拼搏，同时也学学英语中，鼓励的话都怎么说。母亲节时，我给她们播放了一个英语高手模仿各国母亲说英语，同时号召他们回家实行3H计划，三个H代表一个拥抱(hug)，一句谢谢(thank you)，帮妈妈做一件事(help)。本学期开学之初，我给学生们介绍了暑假里流行的冰桶挑战，看比尔盖茨，奥尼尔，范·迪塞尔是如何挑战冰桶的。学习动物名称时，我给他们播放去年的网络英语神曲，狐狸叫，让他们听英语中动物是怎么叫的。时间一久，这些兴趣就会转化为强大内部学习动机。

六暗示

当向上的信念指引某人的行动时，他所向往的所有高度都有可能抵达。那我们有没有给自己的学生足够的暗示呢？

英语新教材的特点，决定了学生在学习过程中只有大胆的进行语言实践，才能真正掌握知识。而我们的学生普遍感到英语学习吃力，慢慢地产生了厌倦畏惧的心理，从而丧失了学习英语的信心。为了摆脱这种状况，我在教学随时利用一切机会，因势利导，以表扬为主，鼓励为辅，暗示他们每一个人都可以把英语学好。比如讲句子结构时，我就会说，英国人特笨，中国人特聪明，为什么？你看，他们把句子最重要的主语“人”放最前边，谓语动词做了什么挨着主语放，其它不重要的时间啊地点啊方式啊原因啊全扔在后边，所以他们说话是这样的，什么人做了什么事怎么样的什么地点什么时间。中国人多聪明啊，重要的放后边，时间啊地点什么的搁前边。我们是这样说的，什么时间什么地点某人做了什么，外国人一辈子都搞不懂。还有，中国人经常会说：“是的，我没有。”但英国人一听就懵了，是的怎么还没呢？他们只能理解“是的，我有”。学生一听，还真是的，这么难的中文我都会了，英语比起汉语真是太简单了。

七课后

课后任务，如作业，背书，听写，要及时跟进，这三个任务互相补充，相辅相成。任务完成好的要适当有所奖励，比如背书或者听写过关的学生，我会给他们盖各种各种各样的小印章，而集够一定数量后可找我兑换一张免作业卡，上边还有我自制的防伪印章。

总之一句话，各种方法手段，都是为了让我们的学生有兴趣，想学习，爱学习，会学习。一份耕耘，一份收获，我相信，只要我们努力了，并且坚持下去，就一定能够做到最好。

i think my dad was a hero for me when i was a young child. we'd go fishing, walks, and other fun things for a kid.

my family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby， small room rented from my father's factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me.

一、注重预习。

“预习”是一种良好的学习习惯，是课堂教学中的重要环节。它作为学习过程的起始阶段，是培养学生自学能力的重要途径，在提高学习效率方面有着重要的作用。它不仅能帮学生“学会”知识，更能帮助学生“会学”知识。做好预习工作，功在课外，利在课内。我们有以下几个环节：

1、布置预习作业。

在寒暑假来临之前，学校要求每位教师给学生特别布置假期预习作业。为了使预习有章可循，教师列出预习提纲，分发给每个学生。针对预习内容，教师必须提出明确的预习要求。而且预习要求必须合理，正确，有可操作性。我们给学生布置了预习前三单元的内容，具体到哪一天预习哪几页单词，背会哪部分对话，掌握哪几个句型，理解哪项语法内容。此外，每日摘抄一句英语谚语，两天一篇阅读理解，五天一篇英语练笔（小作文）。

2、指导预习方法。

针对不同的教学内容指导学生选用合适的预习方法，通过查阅资料、听录音带、网络学习、向哥哥姐姐求教等多种方法来学习。例如：会话练习可以采用查一查，补一补，说一说的方法；句型练习可以采用找一找，归一归，比一比的方法；阅读练习可以采用划一划，查一查，写一写的方法。我们知道“授之一鱼，只供一餐，授之以渔，可享一生。”只要坚持运用科学的方法培养学生的预习习惯，学生们一定会学会预习，运用预习，学会学习，为他们的终身学习奠下良好的基础．

3、争取得到家长的配合。

为了学生在假期期间更好地完成预习作业，使预习作业更有成效，我们学校在放假前特意召开了家长会，把学校的想法、做法与家长们沟通交流，期望家长能做好督促检查工作。事实证明，我们得到了很多家长的配合。

4、检查预习效果。

检查学生预习是否到位，存在有哪些问题，以便今后教学做到有的放矢。开学的第二天，我们学校就组织了各科的预习考试。成绩上报学校，并作出效果分析。由于我们英语学科的特点，初二学生在预习单词和每单元的语法聚焦两方面比较好，但知识点和句型的灵活运用还有待提高。

二、抓好教研组建设。

学校是一个大群体，而教研组是一个小群体，教师是这个群体中的成员，我们每位教师的成长与发展都离不开这个群体。我校在抓教研组建设方面工作做得扎实，有条不紊，为每位教师的发展搭建了平台。积极开展教研组的说、上、评课活动，要求人人过关。紧紧围绕教研组的活动专题，重视对学生学习习惯培养的研究，和对学生自主学习意识培养的研究。通过教研活动，使本教研组全体英语教师共同提高，人人受益。也让我感受到了集体的力量是无穷的，实现了教师之间，同伴之间的团结协作。一个人有困难时，大家都来帮助，让她从困境中走出，不断发展自己，提高自己，身处在这样一个教师群体中，我深感荣幸。

三、加强备课组的集体备课。

集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。我校很重视英语教研，特别安排了主抓教学的刘校长下组监督指导，使活动有计划、有目标、有实效。我们英语备课组的三位教师积极组织集体备课，研究教学内容，研究学生，进度，研究教学方法，安排及教学资料做到一致。我们每周至少活动一次，时间固定，有活动记录。每次活动都定有中心发言人，定活动的主题，不走形式，不敷衍了事，切实解决教学中的一些问题，努力提高课堂教学质量，完善教学，规范我们的教学行为，向课堂40分钟要质量。

四、培养学生自主探究学习的'能力。

本学年我们学校一直倡导培养学生自主探究学习的能力。要求教学要以学生为主体，转变角色，成为学生学习的引导者、帮助者。在课堂中要求教师要“少讲多学”，即教师少讲，学生多学。坚持放手原则：凡是学生能读的就让学生读，凡是学生能说的就让学生说，凡是学生能想的就让学生想，凡是学生能讨论的就让学生讨论，凡是学生能写的就让学生写，凡是学生能做的就让学生做。给学生自学时间、提问时间、读书时间和练习时间。在教学中，我们鼓励学生尝试地交流、讨论、质疑、解惑；把问的权利交给学生，把讲的机会让给学生，让学生参与到知识形成的过程中，并从中感受到“参与之乐，思维之趣，成功之悦”。

我们知道“学源于思，思源于疑”，学生探索知识的思维过程总是从问题开始，又在解决问题中得到发展。教学过程中学生如果能在教师创设的情境下，自己动脑思考，动口表达，将受益匪浅。我们的做法是首先创设情境、明确目标，其次呈现问题、启发诱导，然后让学生先自主探究、设疑质疑，再合作探究、解惑释疑，最后对学生的活动加以评价，使学生活动的过程更规范化，在活动中该做什么，而不该做什么，逐步渗透到学生的脑海里。每节课尽可能给予学生自主学习的时间和空间，让他们自主学习，培养他们敢疑、敢想、敢问、敢说的良好学习习惯，提高他们的思维能力，真正使学生好学、乐学、会学，从而形成一种生动活泼轻松的学习局面。

尽管以往的教育教学工作取得了一些进步，得到了领导和家长们的认可，学生的学习方法，学习习惯和自主学习能力有了一定提高，一部分学生的学习兴趣也得以巩固和加强。但是，客观地分析了学生的成绩的各个方面，我深深地感觉到自身工作中还存在许多不足。例如：学生成绩的两极分化现象；相当一部分学生的英语学习兴趣还有待于进一步的保鲜和巩固；一些学生的基本学习习惯、方法和技能都需要在今后的工作中加强指导。另外，回首自身教学工作的各个方面，在常规教学的备课方面还存在不足，讲课方面也还不够灵活机动。以后的教学工作将带着这些问题有针对性地开展。

man’s life is a proceof growing up, actually i’m standing here is a growth. if a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then i grow up along with these choices. once i hope i can study in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know i come here, now i wonder what the future holds for me.

when i come to this school, i told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. following i will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job.

once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” i will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these procei will combine learning with doing. if i can achieve this “future”, i think that i really grow up. and i deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future.

how to say future? maybe it’s a nice wish. lets make up our minds, stick to it and surely well enjoy our life.

3 my definition of success

“once upon a time， there was a king who had a daughter as beautiful as a blooming rose. to all the suitors who came to the king's palace to ask for the hand of the princess, the old king assigned three tasks to be accomplished, each next to impossible. one day, into the king's palace came a handsome young prince..." well, you know the rest. the three tasks may be different in different versions, but the main plot is always the same, with the prince claiming the princess's hand triumphantly.

and the ending is always the same, finishing with the line "and they live happily every after."

why aren't we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, i would say, so unimaginative? how can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? because, i think, it is a typical succestory. it is highly philosophical and symbolic. by implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the proceof surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage.

the story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the proceand the result. the reward of succewill be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. if a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. the term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. but as i understand it, the true meaning of succeentails a combination of both the proceand the satisfactory result of an endeavor. to clarify my view, let me give another analogy.
