responsbility can be understood in many ways. for the parents , they have had the responsibility for caring for and fostering their children since the birth of their teachers,both in kindergartens and colleges,they also should be responsible for the study and life of their students,that is to say,teahers are the second parents of children somewhile.

I think everyone has his own responsibility, even beggars have their own responsibility, that is to live, the responsibility of the rich is to manage their own industry. Now our responsibility is to study hard and take good care of ourselves. Some people say, "if I dont take on my own responsibility, how can I live well?"? If a beggar does not take responsibility, he will starve; if a rich man does not take responsibility, he will be destitute; if we do not take responsibility as students, our studies will decline, so we should learn to take responsibility.
Take me for example. I am the keeper of the classroom. My responsibility is to lock the door. I feel deeply responsible. When I was in primary school, every time I came home from school, my mother always did a kind of housework and supervised my study. This was one of my mothers responsibilities at that time. I did my homework at home and I could go out to play. When I grew older, my mother would let me do some housework, saying that it was to exercise my hands-on ability. Why should I exercise it? Charles James Fox is a famous British politician. He has won high praise from the political circles for his "faithfulness". good evening, everyone!
throughout my years of being a student, i’ve had many teachers. none of them are the same, but the one that i’ll never forget and will always miss is my chinese bilingual teacher in the middle school i attended in seattle, ms. ho. she was a skinny, but stylish lady in her 50s. she was different from all the other teachers because she gave me something unforgettable.
ms. ho and i became friends right in the first semester i was in that middle school. at the same time, i was having a really hard time with my subjects. since i had just transferred from a bilingual school, where i had stayed for two months after arriving in the us, my english was horrible; my average grade was below c. i almost thought it impossible to learn english. then, one day she told me she strongly believed that i was capable of controlling my life, and i would be just fine. she said that she found we were much alike: both were stubborn, kind-hearted and a little bit simple-minded. she believed that i had the quality of becoming wise. she even said that she didn’t have any worries about me, about my not learning english. with her encouragement, i found the strength within myself and began to desire to work even harder. as a result, i soon proved her right, and at the end of the semester, i got a 3.8 average grade.
today, i still keep in touch with her, and she still tells me how she believes in me. sometimes, i’d think back, and wonder how i could handle all those things if it wasn’t for her encouragement and trust. could i be the person i am today? then, it struck me: what we need has always been trust and love of others; because these things inspire us to do our best, and to live our life to its fullest.
to sum up, i’d like to say to all of you: let us all appreciate trust and love of others and achieve our full potential in our life!

It is really my honor to stand here , especially with all these excellent students! Well! The topic of my speech today is “With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility”!
The first time I noticed this saying was when I was watching the film Spider-man, the reason why it impressed me so much is not only it is from a super hero, but also I have the same feeling as well!
As is generally accepted, every single man should be of help to the society. As a teacher, you have the responsibility to give your knowledge to the next generation. As a soldier, you have the responsibility to defend for your country. As a leader, you have the responsibility to offer your people freedom and happiness, and so on. All these above show that: Your ability is not so valuable if you don’t make full use of it to make a contribution to your country.
I believe that everybody wants to be valuable, so the question is how to get more power. Of course we can’t get it by having a poisonous spider beating us. Well, I think to us students, the most important thing is to study hard. However, it is still very far from enough only by having a good education. We should also experience the real life, and face every challenge and seize every opportunity! What’s more, communication is also a point of view. We all know that a good relationship with other is very important if you want to make things much easier to do, and only by this way can you get great power, have great responsibility and be more valuable in this so called “information age.”
Well! Although I can’t fly like spider-man and catch robbers everywhere, I can try my best to make a great contribution to my country, to this world, and to the human civilization, action speaks louder than words, so let’s do it and always remember that with great power comes great responsibility!
