简爱英文读后感 篇1
Oliver Twist one of the most famous works of Charles Dickens’ is a novel reflecting the tragic fact of the life in Britain in 18th century.
The author who himself was born in a poor family wrote this novel in his twenties with a view to reveal the ugly masks of those cruel criminals and to expose the horror and violence hidden underneath the narrow and dirty streets in London.
The hero of this novel was Oliver Twist an orphan who was thrown into a world full of poverty and crime. He suffered enormous pain such as hunger thirst beating and abuse. While reading the tragic experiences of the little Oliver I was shocked by his sufferings. I felt for the poor boy but at the same time I detested the evil Fagin and the brutal Bill. To my relief as was written in all the best stories the goodneeventually conquered devil and Oliver lived a happy life in the end. One of the plots that attracted me most is that after the theft little Oliver was allowed to recover in the kind care of Mrs. Maylie and Rose and began a new life. He went for walks with them or Rose read to him and he worked hard at his lessons. He felt as if he had left behind forever the world of crime and hardship and poverty.
How can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? The reason is the nature of goodness. I think it is the most important information implied in the novel by Dickens-he believed that goodnecould conquer every difficulty. Although I don’t think goodneis omnipotent yet I do believe that those who are kind-hearted live more happily than those who are evil-minded.
For me the nature of goodneis one of the most necessary character for a person. Goodneis to humans what water is to fish. He who is without goodneis an utterly worthleperson. On the contrary as the famous saying goes ‘The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose’ he who is with goodneundoubtedly is a happy and useful person. People receiving his help are grateful to him and he also gets gratified from what he has done and thus he can do good to both the people he has helped and himself.
简爱英文读后感 篇2
Look at the book, let me think of a lot, I also dont know this book, under the reminder of my girlfriend I discovered this book, I think this writing is very good, although the story took place in 152 years ago, but it can also write the faint shore of the world, the master is really miserable, but difficult to do her.
She still insists on living, she still has a perfect result, this is to eat bitter bitter, fang is the truth of the human being, we also want like her in the real life!
I hope all the students, all the young people, dont be scared in front of difficulties, to be brave in the face of it, you can walk out from the difficulties, so you are a brave man!
Believe that you are also a person of interest!
简爱英文读后感 篇3
When I got the book "Jane Eyre", my first impression was that it was very thin. When I opened it, I really understood the saying "Sparrow is small and has all its internal organs." Although it is very thin, it contains so much content.
The author is Charlotte. Bronte, after several setbacks, prompted her to devote herself to the road of literary creation. Jane Eyre in the article is like the author. Jane Eyre is a strong, simple, strong and soft, independent and aggressive woman.
The book describes Jane Eyre’s fate, but at the end she still has a good ending, she got a legacy. Be with the one you love.
"Jane Eyre" has been expounding a theme: human value is composed of dignity and love. The author's writing is simple, simple and vivid. This is one reason why the article looks short but reads a lot.
The author also has some other works, such as "The Teacher". We can take a book when it is quiet and read it quietly.
简爱英文读后感 篇4
"Love" in the history of English literature is handed down as a classic, it has successfully shaped the history of English literature first on love, life, society and religion, have taken a stand on ones own initiative and dare to struggle, dare to fight for free and equal status of women.
Almost all women love foreign literature, like D Charlottes "in love".If we think that Charlotte is only just to write this section of tangled up love to write "love".I think, sorry, thats not correct. The author also is a female, living in turbulent England in the middle of the nineteenth Century, when the thoughts have a brand new start. And in "Jane love" in infiltration is the largest such thoughts -- womens sense of independence.Let us imagine, if Jane love independent, has been killed in his childhood; if she did not share the independent, she already and wife Rochester to live together, began to have money, a new life; if she is not that the purity, we are now in the hands of "Jane love" is no longer a touching tears classic. So, I began to think, why "Jane love" let us be moved, fondle admiringly -- she is independent personality, beckoning personality charm.
However, we cant help wanting to ask, only this step can be independent?I think I wont. After all, womens independence is a long-term process, not accomplish at one stroke. It needs a thorough courage, love was like Jane decided to leave Rochester, need "wind rustling Xi the Yi River is so cold, strong earth to did not return" heroic and courage.I think, this should be the most crucial one step, also should be the decisive step towards independence. And Charlottes Jane love but her stubborn disposition, independent personality left us a moved. So she is successful, happy women.
Jane love has as an independent womens classic, I hope the sun, the flowers more Jane love out, whether poor or rich,; whether beauty, or homely, have good heart and enrich the mind, can the independent personality and a strong sexual life.
简爱英文读后感 篇5
字 I would rather regard the section that Jane began her teaching job in Thornfield as the film’s end----especially when I heard Jane’s words “Never in my life have I been awaken so happily.” For one thing, this ideal and brand-new beginning of life was what Jane had been imagining for long as a suffering person; for another, this should be what the audiences with my views hoped her to get. But the professional judgment of producing films reminded me to wait for a totally different result: There must be something wrong coming with the excellence----perhaps not only should another section be added to enrich the story, but also we may see from the next transition of Jane’s life that “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you would get.”
This is a story about a special and unreserved woman who has been exposed to a hostile environment but continuously and fearlessly struggling for her ideal life. The story can be interpreted as a symbol of the independent spirit.
简爱英文读后感 篇6
Persons life to go through many muddy rain is rough?I have no idea.Persons life have many valiant record is brilliant?I have no idea. But I know: as long as strong in the face of life, like the wonderful; as long as the effort to do the ordinary life, like the brilliant.
She is like an ugly duckling with only ugly duckling abandoned, her childhood humiliation, to never shed a tear. When aunt took her to the orphanage, she also did not give up their own, even if his only friend Helen has died, but she still brave and strong to live, and consciously.
Life is wonderful track meet.
She get a tutor to do to Thornfield Manor, accidentally met the owner Mr. Rochester, he is handsome and full of temperament, but the position of the gap is broad, she has no fear, resolutely and ran across the divide and.She is strong, brave pursuit of equality and freedom, even cant harm her Rochester and dignity.
A brave man must be harvested, brave people will be bitter, brave man, as a brave man, should be like her - like Jane love.
Once I was innocent, I really be light of heart from care. One day I found out, I dont know since when have weakness, want to do not dare to do, to say not to say.I want to join the school contest, but always feel inadequate, the opportunity was taken away.My English is not good, the class also dare not say it out loud.I really want to change myself, but to always have the courage to.
简爱英文读后感 篇7
As Jane Eyre, in her plainness and solitude, walks to and fro in the Thornfield Hall, her unfortunate childhood, conflicting love, and religious forbiddance all cannot stop her seeking a better life and cherishing the human nature. She broke loose the chains that jailed her spirit, and through her struggles she overcame the poverty, customs, social standards, and piety which all blocked her from her dream of happiness, and finally became the master of herself! It could be said that Jane's life was earned through retaliation and pursuit, that she fought tooth and nail until the sunlight was won. The sunlight now in her palm, shines brightly unto her!
In fact, one has endless thoughts for the most effulgent sunbeam that shines after the storm. I always think in a difficult situation, if and when the hardships of this life is done, if and when the road of time no longer curves, if and when I try my best to walk to the end, will I be able to see the blinding sunlight? For the most important meaning in life is that, struggling through your trials you realize the value of your life, while taking away all the bitter misfortunes. Only then will we see the true radiance of the golden sun.
简爱英文读后感 篇8
Jane eyre is the work of British writer charlotte Bronte. Like the author, Jane eyre is also one who does not succumb to fate. This book is not only about the love story of rochester and the heroine Jane eyre, but also the authors recognition and discovery of the world.
When I first read this book, I only found that Jane and rochester were both very ugly, and they were secretly fond of Jane, for rochester had a wife. But Jane loves the handsome John but doesnt accept it. Re-enter rochesters arms. Rochester was almost a blind man, and the property was all burnt out, leaving a deserted house. But Jane eyre was a great inheritance from his uncle, and he could forget rochester and start anew, but he returned to rochester. The ending is so perfect and so imperfect.
简爱英文读后感 篇9
The novel tells us that the best people to increase the dignity of life is love. Novels by the end of the row that this is such a life. Although I think this kind of outcome is too perfect, so perfect a little superficial, but I still respect this author The ideal of a better kind of life.
Is to increase the dignity of love / In modern society, few people will like Jane Eyre, for the love for the character and abandon all, and without looking back.s Whole-hearted pursuit of pay, and pure like a glaof ice water ……
简爱英文读后感 篇10
Jane Eyre, is a poor but aspiring, small in body but huge in soul, obscure but self-respecting girl. After we close the covers of the book, after having a long journey of the spirit, Jane Eyre, a marvelous figure, has left us so much to recall and to think:
We remember her goodness: for someone who lost arms and blinded in eyes, for someone who despised her for her ordinariness, and even for someone who had hurt her deeply in the past.
We remember her pursuit of justice. It’s like a companion with the goodness. But still, a virtuous person should promote the goodness on one side and must check the badness on the other side.
We remember her self-respect and the clear situation on equality. In her opinion, everyone is the same at the God’s feet. Though there are differences in status、in property and also in appearance, but all the human being are equal in personality.
We also remember her striving for life, her toughness and her confidence.

Charlotte Brontes Jane Eyre
Jane Eyre was published in 1847 under the androgynous pseudonym of “Currer Bell.” The publication was followed by widespread success. Utilizing two literary traditions, the Bildungsroman and the Gothic novel, Jane Eyre is a powerful narrative with profound themes concerning genders, family, passion, and identity. It is unambiguously one of the most celebrated novels in British literature.
Born in 1816, Charlotte Bronte was the third daughter of Patrick Bronte, an ambitious and intelligent clergyman. According to Newsman, all the Bronte children were unusually precocious and almost ferociously intelligent, and their informal and unorthodox educations under their fathers tutelage nurtured these traits. Patrick Bronte shared his interests in literature with his children, toward whom he behaved as though they were his intellectual equals. The Bronte children read voraciously. Charlottes imagination was especially fired by the poetry of Byron, whose brooding heroes served as the prototypes for characters in the Brontes juvenile writings as well as for such figures as Mr. Rochester in Jane Eyre (2). Brontes formal education was limited and sporadic – ten months at the age of 8 at Cowan Bridge Clergy Daughters School (the model for Lowood Institution in Jane Eyre), eighteen months from the age of 14 at Roe Head School of Miss Margaret Wooler (the model for Ms. Temple) (Nestor 3-4). According to Newman, Bronte then worked as a teacher at Roe Head for three years before going to work as a governess. Seeking an alternative way of earning money, Charlotte Bronte went to Brussels in 1842 to study French and German at the Pensionnat Heger, preparing herself to open a school at the parsonage. She seems to have fallen in love with her charismatic teacher, Constantin Heger. The experience seems on a probable source for a recurrent feature in Brontes fiction: “relationships in which the inflammatory spark of intellectual energy ignites an erotic attraction between a woman and a more socially powerful man” (Newman 6). The Brontes efforts to establish a school at the parsonage never got off the ground. Still seeking ways to make money, Charlotte published, with her sisters, the unsuccessful Poems by Currer, Ellis, and Acton Bell. Her first effort to publish a novel, The Professor, was also unsuccessful. Jane Eyre, published in October 1847, however, was met with great enth
usiasm and became one of the best sellers. As “Currer Bell” Bronte pleted two more novels, Shirley and Villette. She married Reverend William Bell Nicholls in 1854 and died nine months later, at the age of thirty-nine in 1855 (Nestor 4-5).
The story of Jane Eyre takes place in northern England in the early to mid-19th Century. (“Jane Eyre” 151) It starts as the ten-year-old Jane, a plain but unyielding child, is excluded by her Aunt Reed from the domestic circle around the hearth and bullied by her handsome but unpleasant cousins. Under the suggestion of Mr. Lloyd, an apothecary that sympathizes Jane, Mrs. Reed sends Jane to Lowood Institution operated by a hypocritical Evangelicalist, Mr. Brocklehurst, who chastises Jane in front of the class and calls her a liar. At Lowood, Jane befriends with Helen Burns, who helps the newly arrived Jane adjust to the austere environment; she is also taken under the wing of the superintendent, Miss Temple. One spring, many students catch typhus due to the harsh condition. Helen dies of consumption. At the end of her studies Jane is retained as a teacher. When Jane grows weary of her life at Lowood, she advertises for a position as governess and is engaged by Mrs. Fairfax, housekeeper at Thron field, for a little girl, Adele Varens. After much waiting, Jane meets her employer, Edward Rochester, somber, moody, quick to change in his manner, and brusque in his speech. Mysterious happenings occur at Thronfield, including demonic laugh emanating from the third-story attic and a fire set in Rochesters bedroom one night. Rochester attributes all the oddities to Grace Poole, the seamstress. Meanwhile, Jane develops an attraction for Rochester. Rochester, however, often flirts with the idea of marrying Miss Ingram. An old acquaintance of Rochesters, Richard Mason, visits Thornfield and is severely injured from an attack apparently from Grace. Jane returns to Gateshead for a while to see the dying Mrs. Reed. When she returns to Thornfield, Rochester asks Jane to marry him. Jane accepts, but during the wedding, Mason and a solicitor interrupt the ceremony by revealing that Rochester is keeping his lunatic wife, Bertha Mason, in the attic in Thornfield. Despite Rochesters confession, J ane leaves Thornfield. She arrives at the desolate crossroads of Whitcross and runs into the Rivers siblings, who tend her in Moor House. Jane happily accepts the offer of teaching at St. Johns school.

简爱英文读后感 篇19
Jane Eyre’s father was a poor pastor. His mother married him against the wishes of the family. Her maternal grandfather thought that the marriage was out of status, and was furious because of her mother’s disobedience, and broke off relationship with her in a fit of anger. Her parents had only been married for a year, they contracted typhus, and both died. Her kind uncle took her up as her own child, and her uncle died, but her aunt abused her in every way...Later, her aunt sent her to a charity school. After eight years, she decided to go to Thornfield. The manor became Adela's tutor. In the end, she fell in love with Mr. Rochester and got her own happiness.
Reading the story of "Jane Eyre", I understand a truth: the road under our feet will not always be smooth, and the road of life will always be a little bumpy. We must not succumb to difficulties. Think about me again. I am constantly losing my temper, asking for help from Mom and Dad. I must learn from sister Jane Eyre!
I am holding Jane Eyre’s book. Although I have read it many times and my ears are almost calloused, I still feel that I can’t hear enough, as if there is endless honey in this book, how can I suck? Endless.

We also remember her striving for life, her toughness and her confidence…
When we think of this girl, what she gave us was not a pretty face or a transcendent temperament that make us admire deeply, but a huge charm of her personality. Her story makes us thinking about life and we learn much from her experience,at least, that is a fresh new recognition of the real beauty After reading Jane Eyre, I think Jane Eyre is a great woman. Through a serious of troublesome situations between Jane Eyre and Mr. Rochester, the author set up a great female image before readers: insisting on maintaining an independent personality, pursuing individual freedom, advocating equality of life and being confident before hard conditions. Her early life at Gateshead was terrible, everyone seems harsh on her. She survives her parents at an early age, and has to live with her ugly aunt and three cousins. She suffers large quantities of bad conditions that others may not experience. However, she does not give up in despair, she does not destroy herself mentally, instead, Jane Eyre is filled with unlimited confidence, and she is a strong spirit, a victory over the inner personality.
She is then forced to send to Lowood Institution, unfortunately, life there turns out to be terrible, too. She is still under physical and spiritual punishment. Mr Brocklehurst insults her to be a liar before all pupils and teachers. But there she meets one sincere friend Helen Burns and one sincere teacher Miss Temple. They always treat her well. She then behaves very well and get many people’s recognition. Six years later, she makes a teacher there.
简爱英文读后感 篇21
It seems to me that many readers’ English reading experience starts with Jane Eyer. I am of no exception. As we refer to the movie “Jane Eyer”, it is not surprising to find some differences because of its being filmized and retold in a new way, but the spirit of the novel remains----to be an independent person, both physically and mentally.
Jane Eyer was a born resister, whose parents went off when she was very young, and her aunt, the only relative she had, treated her as badly as a ragtag. Since Jane’s education in Lowwood Orphanage began, she didn’t get what she had been expecting--simply being regarded as a common person, just the same as any other girl around. The suffers from being humiliated and devastated teach Jane to be persevering and prize dignity over anything else.As a reward of revolting the ruthless oppression, Jane got a chance to be a tutor in Thornfield Garden. There she made the acquaintance of lovely Adele and that garden’s owner, Rochester, a man with warm heart despite a cold face outside. Jane expected to change the life from then on, but fate had decided otherwise: After Jane and Rochester fell in love with each other and got down to get marry, she unfortunately came to know in fact Rochester had got a legal wife, who seemed to be the shadow following Rochester and led to his moodiness all the time ----Rochester was also a despairing person in need of salvation. Jane did want to give him a hand, however, she made up her mind to leave, because she didn’t want to betray her own principles, because she was Jane Eyer. The film has finally got a symbolist end: Jane inherited a large number of legacies and finally returned. After finding Rochester’s misfortune brought by his original mad wife, Jane chose to stay with him forever.
I don’t know what others feel, but frankly speaking, I would rather regard the section that Jane began her teaching job in Thornfield as the film’s end----especially when I heard Jane’s words “Never in my life have I been awaken so happily.” For one thing, this ideal and brand-new beginning of life was what Jane had been imagining for long as a suffering person; for another, this should be what the audiences with my views hoped her to get. But the professional judgment of producing films reminded me to wait for a totally different result: There must be something wrong coming with the excellence----perhaps not only should another section be added to enrich the story, but also we may see from the next transition of Jane’s life that “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you would get.” (By Forrest Gump’s mother, in the film “Forrest Gump”)

That is true, her life was too short!when jane felt she was accepted, learned to like school and set to work to learn as much as she could, make as many friends as possible, helen`s illness was much more serious than jane first thought, she had got a tuber culosis.one morning miss temple found jane asleep with helen burns dead in her arms.helen have a great effect on jane, she teached jane how to learn to love, forgive and do as the bible tells:“sometimes you have to put up with some hard things in life even if other people hurt us.”
